3. Download Magic: The Gathering Arena (Optional)

• Digital Platform: If you prefer learning through digital play, download Magic: The Gathering Arena (MTG Arena). It's a free-to-play online version of the game with tutorials and AI opponents to help you learn the ropes.

What format do should I play?

Constructed Formats: (build a deck)

1. Standard, Modern, Legacy, Vintage, Pioneer: Each uses different card pools, from recent sets to all cards in MTG history, allowing for diverse strategies and deck customization.

Limited Formats: (build a deck on the fly from packs)

1. Draft and Sealed: Players build decks from booster packs, fostering strategic card selection and adaptation to unique card pools.

Casual and Alternative Formats:

1. Commander, Brawl, Pauper: Unique rules and deck-building constraints add variety, emphasizing multiplayer interactions and affordability.
